We have been a soya sauce manufacturer for more than 60 years and we have mechanized the hygenic preparation to enhance the traditional enzymatic fermentation process since 1987. We are a company that combines traditional with modern technology. Our soy sauce is naturally brewed. All of its protein is derived from the soya beans. There is no adulteration with chemically - made proteins or biologically or chemically hydrolysed protein.
